Product Training

Once you become a VIZIYA customer, we enter into a long-term partnership with you to ensure both your initial and ongoing success. As we have learned, well-trained team members are the most important factor in the ongoing success of your investment, so we make sure we are quickly and easily accessible to provide your team ongoing training in the weeks, months and years following your initial implementation. 

VIZIYA offers a variety of follow-up training services, and our Customer Adoption Team is happy to work with you to identify the best way to meet this need.  Whether you want to bring a VIZIYA trainer on-site to perform the training, or have your team member(s) sign up for VIZIYA’s eLearning, or a combination of both, we will work with you to find the best solution that works for your team, your organization and your budget.

To ensure you get the most value from your on-site training, we recommend a maximum class size of 12, and for larger class sizes we generally recommend two groups. Course duration varies depending on the product, and on how much training is needed.  We work together with you to determine your training budget and cost. 

For smaller groups, or if you are training team members at multiple sites, we often recommend VIZIYA’s eLearning courses. These courses allow your team members to take part in training at their own pace from any location. We are constantly expanding our eLearning offerings, and we list our latest offerings on our Customer Portal.

In addition, when you register on the Customer Portal, you’ll automatically receive email notifications about our free webinar program that you can join which will provide you with helpful tips on all VIZIYA solutions.
