New Release Support

VIZIYA is proud that we are always growing and improving our software offerings. Like any good software company, on occasion VIZIYA releases updated versions of each solution to address issues such as bug fixes, feature enhancements and general improvements to the way the software works for you.

If your company has questions or concerns about upgrading to a new release of the VIZIYA solution(s) you have purchased – and your Annual Software Maintenance Agreement is still active – your Customer Adoption Manager can address these with a quick conference call.  They can help you plan for the upgrade, and can even arrange for you to have help from a VIZIYA technical resource person during the upgrade. Simple patch releases may be easily addressed internally by your company’s resources, but occasionally a major release may require additional assistance from VIZIYA.  Whichever the case may be, your Customer Adoption Manager will help you plan an appropriate upgrade path and process to ensure your ongoing success.
