VISION (Co-operative Development Program)

VIZIYA is proud to take a very customer centric approach to its product development strategy. We know, from our many years of experience, that the best ideas always come from our customers.

As a result, VIZIYA has introduced a unique "Vision" program to foster co-operative software development efforts between VIZIYA and our customers. This program allows customers to present VIZIYA with functional issues and/or product ideas they feel would enhance the asset management capabilities of their ERP solution.

VIZIYA would then analyze the proposed solution and determine whether the proposed product could provide an opportunity to address a broader market issue.

If that is in fact the case, we will work with these customers to develop the solutions that they require as "Off the Shelf Products" which we will fully support going forward. We will own the product code and expect that that customer will work with us in the design phase, through the QA phase, into production and ultimately be a reference for us. In exchange the customer will have influence over the final deliverable product They will receive a fully supported product as opposed to an unsupported custom solution and will receive a discount in the development cost as compared to what a custom solution would have cost.
