President and CEO
John Vujicic, BA, LLB, brings over 15 years of senior management and
software sales experience combined with several years in the legal profession.
Most recently John was a founder and COO of PopWare Inc., a company which
specialized in delivering Bolt-On products and Asset Management Business
Optimization Consulting for the Best of Breed vertical in Asset Management.
Under John’s leadership, PopWare enjoyed a growth rate of 1,157%, and was
selected by Profit Magazine as one of the 100 fastest growing companies in
Canada. Ultimately, this success led to PopWare being acquired by Bell
Canada in 2005. Prior to PopWare, John was a successful attorney with his
own private practice. John's background growing a software company
specializing in Enterprise AssetManagement, servicing predominantly Fortune
1000 companies, coupled with his legal skills, give him the tools necessary
to have VIZIYA successfully bring their Asset Management expertise to the ERP
market space.
Board of Advisors
Laurence Hewick, MSc., Ph.D. is a serial entrepreneur and recognized
international expert in new venture finance and business incubation. With
a diverse 35 year career, ranging from securities trader, to market analyst,
to Successful Entrepreneur and Venture Investor, Dr. Hewick has the
background necessary to ensure a successful venture start-up and growth.
Sean Licata, MBA, has spent his professional career introducing new
products in the technology sector with both large and small firms. Sean has
held senior marketing positions at Nortel and Sun Microsystems,
specializing in technology products. Sean was also a founder of Pirus
Networks and helped grow the firm to 120 employees. These experiences
helped Sean learn how to commercialize a business from concept to maturity
and ensure customer satisfaction and product successes along the way.
Paul Lupinacci, P.Eng., MBA, is an experienced technology executive. Paul
was VP of Product and Customer Management of Changepoint and helped grow
the firm to 275 employees before it was acquired by Compuware in 2004. Most
recently he was COO of MedShare, a fast growing software company focused
on the home healthcare market. These successful experiences have helped
Paul learn how to manage growth and guide new firms to successful market
expansion.
